Abstract

Vietnam today, nowadays, is on the road of reform, enhancing the industrialization, modernization and global integration, so that the role of the workers whose cultural and mental life need to be upgraded becomes more important. However, worker’s cultural and mental life meets many obstacles, some of which are considered “very hot” problems that have created the urgent matters that need to be solved.
