Abstract
This publication is based on well-known fragments of the second part of the monograph “History of the Khazars” by the outstanding Ukrainian Orientalist Academician A. Yu. Krymskyi. This manuscript is kept in the funds of the Institute of Manuscripts of V. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine. The work is devoted to the events of the 6 – the beginning of the 7th century, when the Khazars first appeared on the pages of history.
